Prices & Taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Applicable Taxes will be added to online orders:

PST of 8% will be added to Ontario purchases.

GST of 5% will be added to all Canadian destinations.

15% HST for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland destinations.

Shipping

The Clever K9 ships throughout Canada and the US. We use Canada Post for shipping.

Return Policy

The Clever K9 will accept returns and full credit for any products that are returned to us in original condition, shipping paid, within 10 days of the customer's receipt of the product.

The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Videos and DVDs

We do not accept returns of videos or DVDs. Faulty DVDs or Videos will be replaced.
